喬布斯逝世 RIP Steven Jobs

蘋果電腦創辦人喬布斯的家人表示，喬布斯安詳去世，將開設一個網站讓公眾人士表達對他的悼念和回憶。
美國蘋果公司公司創辦人、集團主席兼前任總裁史蒂夫•喬布斯5日在加州逝世，終年56歲。
其家屬發表聲明說，「喬布斯今日在家人陪伴下安詳去世。在他的公眾生活中，喬布斯被視為一個有遠見的人，在他的私人生活中，他珍惜他的家人。」
家人說：「我們感謝許多人曾經為患病的喬布斯祈禱，我們將會開設一個網站，讓公眾人士表達對他的悼念和回憶。」
蘋果公司5日發表聲明說，喬布斯的光輝、熱情與能量是無數創新科技的泉源，這些產品改善與豐富了世人的生活，喬布斯為世界帶來的改善無可估量。
蘋果Mac個人電腦，以至於最近幾年推出的iPod、iPad和iPhone，都被視為出自喬布斯的劃時代產品。
喬布斯於2004年宣布患上胰臟癌，他在今年1月開始休病假，至8月宣布辭去行政總裁職務，但繼續留任集團主席。行政總裁職務則由庫克接任。
在蘋果公司公布喬布斯逝世前一天，蘋果電腦剛在其美國加州的總部發布了新一代iPhone 4S手機。
美國各界人士紛紛致哀。微軟創辦人蓋茨說，喬布斯對世界的影響將世代相傳，而他對曾經能與喬布斯合作感到榮幸。
美國總統奧巴馬形容，喬布斯位居美國最偉大開創者之列，敢於創新，敢於相信自己能改變世界，而又具備這樣的才幹。
紐約市長彭博說，美國失去了一名天才，人們將像懷念愛迪生與愛因斯坦一樣懷念他。
作為共同創辦人，喬布斯在1970年代創辦蘋果公司。普遍分析認為，蘋果與喬布斯之間是無法分割。
蘋果公司的簡短聲明說：「史蒂夫留下了一家只有他才能建立的公司，他的精神將永遠是蘋果的基石。」
蘋果公司目前估值為3510億美元，是全球資產值最高的科技企業。只有美國石油巨頭埃克森美孚才能與之匹敵。

她在1991年與現任妻子Laurene結婚，兩人育有三名孩子。此外他還與婚前曾經交往的女友育有一名女兒。
